There are many reasons people seek individual therapy. Sessions are one on one and can be used to brake from lifetime habits that effect the way you interact with the world. I believe that the most important element in the therapy journey is the connection that is established between the client and the therapist. Most hurt that brings people into therapy comes out of a disruption or breakdown of a connection that is important to the client.

In couples therapy, couples are encouraged to become aware of the negative and destructive patterns that have become entrenched. They will be able to directly experience how to break these patterns and begin forming new pathways that are supportive to their relationship.

Supervision is for those practising and training therapy. It is an opportunity for a practitioner to seek support and insight on issues they face with their clients. These meeting help maintain ethical and practical guidelines within a therapist practise.

04.

Group therapy sessions are when multiple people connect to work through an issue all participants face. I've been running group therapy sessions for over 30 years, they can install hope, create a sense of community and be a very cathartic experience. My role within these group sessions is to guide and support all members.

05.

We can now meet online. Therapy sessions can be conducted virtually through Zoom or Whatsapp. These meeting are convenient and we can connect from the safety of your own home.
